Worship & Wonder: Children’s Worship
During the 10:45 service, children from preschool through 2nd grade are invited to attend a separate worship service led by various adult volunteers. They participate in a program called Worship and Wonder, designed to teach Bible stories as well as teach children how to worship.
Children who wish to participate are dismissed following Thoughts with the Young. They meet in one of the downstairs classrooms; parents may pick up their children downstairs after worship.
Kingz Kids
Kingz Kids is a VBS style program for kids in 1st through 5th grades. They’re invited for a time of snacks, crafts, music and a Bible story. We meet on Wednesday evenings from 6:45 to 7:45. The schedule is seasonal, so please check the calendar for dates.
Vacation Bible School
Our 2011 VBS is finished; check back for updates on VBS 2012!
Tall Oaks
Tall Oaks Camp and Conference Center is our regional camping ministry. Our kids love visiting there for horseback riding, worship, swimming, archery over the summer months. Camps have ended for the 2011 season.
Nursery
A professionally staffed nursery is provided for infants and toddlers during both the 8:15 and 10:45 services, as well as during the Sunday morning study hour. The nursery is located off the sanctuary.
Childcare is provided as needed for other events.
Everything Else!
There are a variety of kids’ programs throughout the year–VBS, a Christmas play, a fall festival, as well as others. Check the church calendar and announcements for upcoming events.
