From 9:30 to 10:30 am, several study groups meet. You’ll find groups for various ages and interests.
Mixed Nuts: This adult study group meets in the lower level of the church, classroom A. They study a variety of materials of their own choosing.
Young at Heart: This study group is comprised of mostly older adults. They meet in the classroom on the main level of the building, just off the sanctuary. They use The Present Word curriculum.
A Chronological Study of the Bible: This group is using a chronological study of the Bible, working their way through the entire Bible. They are an adult group of varying ages, meeting in the lower level of the church in the pastor’s office.
Youth Group: Kids from grades 6 through 12 are invited to study together on Sunday mornings. They meet in the Barr Youth Center, which is the white farmhouse located on the south end of the church property. Our energetic volunteers lead them in a variety of topics. Right now, they’re studying Spiritual Disciplines.
Preschool: Our preschoolers have a class all to themselves, where they study God’s Word just for them. They meet in classroom D, on the lower level of the church.
Elementary students: Our elementary students all meet together to study one person or story for an entire month, but in several different ways. They’ll get to experience the story through food, silly science and video for sure! They meet in classroom C on the lower level of the church.
